Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect, near stores, markets, and restaurants, but the service left much to be desired with arguments in front of customers and misinformation about hotel amenities. The pool area was delightful, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch to make up for the delays in room readiness.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, with convenient access to highways and local dining options nearby. The rooms could have been cleaner and had a strong chemical smell but were spacious and modern. The service was hit or miss, with some staff members being helpful while others were not so friendly. The dining options were pricey, so I chose to skip them. Overall, I had a mixed experience at this hotel.
Upon arrival, I noticed a bad smell in the room, the bathroom was cramped, and the erratic shower temperature was frustrating. The check-in experience was a letdown as our room wasn't ready until late. The laminate flooring made the room feel cold.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had a rather bad smell despite being a non-smoking room, and it felt dingy and gloomy. On the bright side, it was very nice and comfortable, clean, and had a pleasant scent. Getting into the room without waiting for the engineer was a bit challenging.
The hotel lobby was lovely, but unfortunately, the rooms didn't quite match the same standard. They were a bit musty and never cooled down enough, plus there was a lingering smell of wet clothes. On the bright side, the service was excellent, starting from a warm welcome at the entrance, although there was a small issue with a false alarm. The location had its ups and downs, with a number of shops and restaurants nearby but also some safety concerns and moldy spots. The dining was overpriced for the quality, but at least breakfast was complimentary due to the prolonged room wait time, which honestly should have been free from the start.
